By indicating that you accept the Exclusion of Liability and Indemnity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound to the terms and conditions of the Exclusion of Liability and Indemnity applicable to all South Sky Trails’ services as set out in the premium package, and by paying the deposits of the premium package.
